Refund Policy

  • A Refund is applicableĀ if and only if the order has not been dispatched. A cancellation fee of 5% is applicable on the total amount.
  • The following topic encompasses all the conditions for a refunds, returns and rewards.
  • Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment within 5 working days, subject to realisation from the concerned bank.
  • An item cannot be returned for a refund if it has already been received by receiver. If there is a valid complaint, we will exchange the item.

Damaged Product

In case the receiver receives a product damaged due to shipping it will incur no refund. Any other damages are to be claimed against the product warranty.

Mis-Delivered

If the product has its items missing from its order, the missing items will be dispatched at the earliest.

Non-Delivery

If in any case, if a delivery is missed, the order shall be re-shipped at the earliest.
